Any charges for lawful disposal, skips, extra labour, or protective equipment may be added to the final invoice if these requirements were not included in the original quotation.

Complaints, Delays, and Force Majeure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you should tell us promptly so that we can review the issue and, where appropriate, put matters right. We may offer a re-clean, partial refund, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances and the nature of the concern. No complaint will be considered valid if the issue arose from instructions not followed by the customer, access limitations, unsuitable conditions, or matters outside our reasonable control.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include fire, flood, storm, epidemic, public authority action, power failure, disruption to suppliers, road closure, accident, or labour dispute. General Terms
